Thesis
Demand is not driven by better sensors. It is driven by the gap between the area a team is responsible for and the area its people can actually hold in view. Coordination software addresses that gap directly, and it does so without a proportional increase in headcount.
Airframes commoditise. What does not commoditise is the software that keeps a formation coherent when links degrade, platforms drop out, and the picture is incomplete. That is where the engineering difficulty sits, and where the company is concentrating.
The platform is designed to integrate with command and control systems already in place rather than displace them. Integration is an engineering problem with a known path; displacement is a multi-year procurement fight.
Export control, authorization, and audit are being designed in from the beginning rather than retrofitted before a first evaluation. For a company selling into defense and critical infrastructure, that sequencing determines how quickly it can move later.
